ISLANDSAFE warrants that all products manufactured under the ISLANDSAFE name will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of the original purchase.

If any part of your safe stops working during the original ownership period, please contact us. We will provide replacement parts at our cost.

To process your request quickly, please include proof of purchase from ISLANDSAFE or an authorized distributor.

In the unlikely event that you experience a faulty part, reach out to our Customer Support team at shop@islandsafe.co. Our dedicated team will assist you promptly to ensure your concerns are addressed efficiently.

To ensure the optimal performance of your safe, we highly recommend changing your batteries every 3–6 months. Many lockout issues arise from batteries running out before replacement.

Set a reminder on your calendar — regular battery maintenance prevents most service issues.

We recommend keeping your emergency keys outside the safe for easy access and as a precautionary measure in case your primary access method fails.

Exclusions

The following items fall outside warranty coverage:

  • Batteries. Batteries are not covered under this warranty. Labor may be considered on a case-by-case basis, excluding incidents caused by customer misuse.
  • Damage from external factors. Warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, theft, misuse, improper installation, scratching of paint, or negligence.
