Shipping policy

We offer FREE Standard Shipping within the U.S. (Not include the U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico) for all order.

For all safe collection orders: please allocate 2 to 3 business days for order processing, in addition to the 2 to 7 days required for Ground Shipping to reach your doorstep (delivery time is not guaranteed).

Packages sent from a U.S. warehouse typically utilize FedEx Ground shipping and typically arrive within 2-7 days for delivery to U.S. residents.

For key replacement orders: please allow 14-30 days for making and shipping the replacement keys after placing the order, from our factory in China. the package will be shipped by FedEx Ground shipping to your shipping address.

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Cancel An Order

Prior to shipping, buyers may be able to cancel an order. Please notify us within 24 hours of purchase if you would like to cancel an order, as prompt cancellation will reduce the likelihood that you will incur shipping charges. out and back.

Once shipping has been initiated :
the cancellation will be considered a return, and you will be responsible for packaging and shipping the returned item, Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from ISLANDSAFE.

PO Boxes

Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.
