Refund policy
Return Policy and Limited Warranty: ISLANDSAFE is steadfast in delivering excellence to our customers. Our return policy extends for 30 days from the original purchase date, accompanied by a 2-years limited warranty for select safes, contingent upon product registration.
General Returns Policy:
Product Condition - Unopened Box (Original Packaging) - Policy: For unopened items in their original packaging, a full refund will be issued, with actual shipping costs deducted. Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within ten (10) business days.
Product Condition - Unopened Box (Original Packaging) - Refund Amount:
- Full product value refund.
- Less shipping fees.
- Return of any promotional or complimentary products is mandatory, or at your request, we may invoice you for the product's value plus shipping.
Product Condition - Opened Box - Policy: For opened items in good condition, a 25% restocking fee and applicable shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Product Condition - Opened Box - Refund Amount:
- Full product value refund.
- Less a 25% restocking fee.
- Less shipping fees (both ways).
- The return of any promotional or "free" products is required, or at your request, we may bill you for the product's value plus shipping.
Product Condition - Damaged Product - Policy:
If you receive a damaged/defective item or an incorrect product, please notify customer service within 7 days.
Product Condition - Damaged Product - Refund Amount:
- Exchange for a new product or full refund.
- Return of any promotional or “free” products is necessary, or at your request, we may bill you for the product's value plus shipping & handling.
Additional Return Information:
- All refund and exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of product shipment.
- If canceled 24 hours after the order date, the actual shipping charge may apply.
Order Cancellation: To cancel or modify an order, contact us via shop@islandsafe.co. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled, and adherence to the General Return Policy is necessary.
Detail Information You Need to Provide: When reaching out to customer support (via shop@islandsafe.co) for returns or replacements, kindly furnish the following details:
- Purchaser's name, mailing address, email address, and phone number
- Online order number
- A detailed description of the problem (Please accompany with pictures or videos)
Return Shipping Address: After contacting with us via shop@islandsafe.co they return shipping address will be provided to you.
Prepaid Return Labels: We do not furnish prepaid return labels, and the responsibility for covering return shipping costs lies with the customer.
How to Get a Replacement: For assistance in obtaining a replacement in case of any safe’s part stopped working, contact us with your order details (original ownership) at shop@islandsafe.co
Additional Return Policy Information:
- Items must be undamaged and returned in their original packaging.
- We disclaim liability for lost or stolen return packages; therefore, retain proof of postage and/or return tracking number.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
