Thank you for choosing ISLANDSAFE for your security needs. We stand behind the quality of our products and are pleased to offer the following warranty to our valued customers.

Warranty Period: ISLANDSAFE warrants that all products manufactured under the ISLANDSAFE name shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of (2) two years from the date of the original purchase.

Replacement Parts: If any part of your safe stops working during the original ownership period, please contact us, and we will provide replacement parts at our cost. To facilitate this process, we kindly request you to provide proof of purchase directly from ISLANDSAFE or an authorized ISLANDSAFE distributor.

Assistance Service: In the unlikely event of experiencing a faulty part, please reach out to our Customer Support team at shop@islandsafe.co. Our dedicated team will assist you promptly, ensuring your concerns are addressed efficiently.

Battery Maintenance: To ensure the optimal performance of your safe, we highly recommend changing out your batteries every 3-6 months. Many issues arise from getting locked out of your safe when batteries run out before replacement. Regular battery maintenance is crucial to prevent such inconveniences.

Key Storage: Additionally, we recommend keeping your keys outside the safe for easy access and as a precautionary measure.

Exclusions:

  1. Batteries: Batteries are not covered under this warranty. However, labor may be considered on a case-by-case basis, excluding incidents caused by customer misuse.
  2. Damage: Warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, theft, misuse, improper installation, scratching of paint, or negligence.
