Warranty Period

ISLANDSAFE warrants that all products manufactured under the ISLANDSAFE name will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of the original purchase.

Replacement Parts

If any part of your safe stops working during the original ownership period, please contact us. We will provide replacement parts at our cost. To help us process your request quickly, please provide proof of purchase from ISLANDSAFE or an authorized ISLANDSAFE distributor.

Battery Maintenance

To ensure the optimal performance of your safe, we highly recommend changing out your batteries every 3-6 months. Many issues arise from getting locked out of your safe when batteries run out before replacement. Regular battery maintenance is crucial to prevent such inconveniences.

Key Storage

Additionally, we recommend keeping your keys outside the safe for easy access and as a precautionary measure.

Exclusions

  1. Batteries: Batteries are not covered under this warranty. However, labor may be considered on a case-by-case basis, excluding incidents caused by customer misuse.
  2. Damage: Warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, theft, misuse, improper installation, scratching of paint, or negligence.
