If you used guest checkout on the ISLANDSAFE Shopify platform, you won’t have a formal "My Account" to access. However, here are the steps you can follow: 

1- Order Confirmation Email:

After completing your guest checkout, you should receive an order confirmation email. This email contains details about your order, including tracking information and order status updates. 

2- Tracking Your Order:

If you need to check your order status, look for the tracking link in the order confirmation email. Most Shopify stores, including ISLANDSAFE, will provide this link to monitor your shipment. 

3- Creating an Account:

If you want to create an account after completing a guest checkout, you can sign up for a new account using the same email address that you used for your purchase. This will allow you to keep track of future orders. 

4- Contact Support:

If you need additional help, you can contact ISLANDSAFE’s customer support, who can assist you with your order information using the email or phone number you provided during checkout. 

To change or cancel your newsletter subscription with ISLANDSAFE on Shopify, follow these steps: 

1- Unsubscribe from the Newsletter: 

• Check the bottom of any newsletter email you received from ISLANDSAFE. There should be an "Unsubscribe" link in the email footer. 
• Click the "Unsubscribe" link, which will take you to a page confirming that you’ve been removed from the newsletter list. 

2- Modify Subscription Preferences:

Each safe door is protected by a fabric door cover to prevent it from opening during shipping and when being removed from the box. All safes come with a key for the initial opening. Please follow the instructions in the user manual provided with the safe for a smooth setup.  

To get a replacement for your emergency keys, you will first need two information:  

1. Order Number: Either Amazon order ID number for your safe order, or Order Number from our store.  
2. Serial Number: the number is located in the bottom right of each safe's door. if not available, locate the key hole number located in the bottom or top of the key hole.

The process to unlock the safe may vary depending on the safe model.  

In case you use one of the CBE45, DSR45, QT25, XN25/20 or MINI17 Models; you can simply open the safe using the your passcode or (if you didn't set a passcode, use the default passcode number available in the user manual came with the safe package). in case the safe is out battery you can plug in the emergency battery box in the power hole beside the keyhole to activate the safe panel.  

In case of using one of ETIS models, you will need to send us the safe serial number and the amazon order ID number via this page to get an extra key (Lost Key Page).  

The safe includes a manual override key that can be used to open it in case the batteries need replacement. It is important to replace the four AA batteries once every 6 months and to store the keys in a secure location outside of the safe to ensure continued access.  

The battery pack for each safe are located as following:  

1. CBE45: located on the top side of safe’s door  
2. DSR56: located on the backside of safe’s door.  
3. FNS: located on the front of the door inside the keypad panel. in order to reveal it, gently rotate the panel clockwise.  
4. QT25 / XN25 / XN20 / MINI17 /ETIS: located on the backside of safe’s door..  

The battery compartment is concealed by the black plastic cover, which can simply be removed by unhooking the clip.  

Choosing the right size safe depends on what you plan to store. We recommend considering the dimensions of your largest items and leaving extra space for future valuables.  

Don't worry about smaller safes being easy to stolen or less secure. You can always mount your safe using the mounting kit provided in the package for added security.

To calculate your delivery time, follow these simple steps:  

• Processing Time: This is the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment, typically 1-2 business days.  
• Shipping Time: Shipping time depends on your location and the chosen shipping method. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days for domestic orders, while international shipping may take 7-15 business days.  
• Total Delivery Time: The total delivery time is the sum of the processing time and shipping time. For example, if you place an order and the processing time is 2 days and shipping takes 5 days, the total delivery time will be approximately 7 days.

Most orders over $75 are eligible for free Standard shipping within the continental US. If your package can't be delivered due to reasons like address typos, P.O. Box for Next Day shipping, incorrect zip code, or missing apartment/suite number, it'll be sent back to us.
