Before you order

1. This service is exclusively for ISLANDSAFE safes. We do not provide key replacements for other brands.
2. We currently only process orders from the United States, Canada and Japan. If you reside outside of these countries, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
3. We only accept key orders for safes purchased through our official channels and Amazon to ensure the security of our customers.

If you purchased your safe from another source and need emergency keys, please email us directly for verification.

This policy helps prevent unauthorized access to safes purchased from illegitimate sources.

Processing time & costs

Standard key orders

Once we receive your request, please allow 10–14 business days for processing. This includes verifying your order, matching the key code, and manufacturing your replacement key. Afterward, your replacement key will be mailed to you.

Please note, there is a (USD) non-refundable charge for all replacement key requests, as each key set is uniquely made for you.
