Dehumidifier Bag Rechargable Moisture Absorbing Packet

Originally I got this to go in my safe. It is much smaller than I expected. I decided to use it in a cabinet prone to moisture. I have to say so far so good. It has definitely resolved the odor. I usely buy the bucket product for dampness. This is much easier to use. I like that you can reactive it in the microwave. This is much safer to use. The instructions are easy to follow.

The description mentions using this in a car or other places, but the 5x3.5" is so small it's really only suitable for a very small space, like inside a glovebox or, as the name suggests, a small safe.

I got this hoping to use it in my car, but when I saw the actual size, I ruled that out. Instead I put it in my small fire safe (2ft x 2ft x 2ft ish exterior).

The fabric feels nice, no powder escaping, and I really appreciate that the instructions for recharging it in an oven or microwave are written on the back of the bag, so you can't lose them. Another similar product the instructions were only written on the plastic packaging, so if you threw that away you were SOL.

It might take a while before I need to recharge mine, but I'll update if anything unexpected happens. Seems nice enough, wish I had got the bigger size.

The dehumidifier bag came quickly in neat packaging without extra waste. Material and thread seem more durable than I was anticipating. I didn’t know if they would be good for a year or two, or a lifetime. Price was good enough either way, but I think they will be around as long as I need. My basement gets kind of damp so I thought it would be a good idea to keep one of these with the batteries as a little added security and protection.
