We only accept key orders for safes purchased through our official channels and Amazon to ensure the security of our customers.

If you purchased your safe from another source and need emergency keys, please email us directly for verification.

This policy helps prevent unauthorized access to safes purchased from illegitimate sources.

Process And Costs – Standard Key Orders

Once we receive your request, please allow 10-14 business days for processing. Afterward, your replacement key will be mailed to you. Please note, there is a (USD) non–refundable charge for all replacement requests.

For Expedited Key Orders

Please call customer service at shop@islandsafe.co Orders received before 11am Central time, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm. direct messages will be processed first.

If you can’t identify the serial number/key number/model number

(1) Serial Number located in the bottom right of the safe door. the key slot number is shown in the key slot bottom area.
