How to Request a Replacement Key

To make the process smooth and secure, please be sure to fill in all the required information on our Key Replacement Page before you checkout.
If any information is missing, our team will need to follow up with you, which could delay your order.

We completely understand that key replacement is often urgent — so help us help you faster by submitting all necessary details upfront.

Here’s what we need:

1. Order ID
Proof of purchase from an official IslandSafe channel. This confirms you’re the rightful owner.

2. Model Number
This allows us to identify your safe’s internal configuration.
If you’re not sure about your model number, please refer to the image below for guidance.

3. Serial Number
Every safe has a unique locking system, and we need your serial number to match the correct key.
You can find it on the sticker located on the bottom right corner of the safe’s front panel.

Note: Please do not remove this sticker — it's essential for support.

4. Key Number (Optional)
If you don’t have the serial number, you can send us the key number — it works too! The key number is engraved around the keyhole.

Once we’ve verified these information, we’ll securely produce and ship your replacement key directly to you. You will get an notification email once your keys are on the way
